A bit pricey, but very good!
Paid $40 for my plate but it was 3lbs. The veggies looked so good I went for it, against my better judgement. Veggies and sides were excellent, but if you're trying to get the most bang for your buck, lay of the veggies and double down on the meat.
For the negatives, I will concur with some of the other reviews:
Cheese bread not as soft or fresh, and I was there when it first opened!
Servers on the cranky side.
By far the most I've spent on a plate at a food court, but all in all, a decent value, especially if you go heavy on the meat and maybe split with someone. -

They should train the guy who handles the meat. He does not know how to manage the meat and just cut and throw a hugemongous piece of meat without asking. He does not know how to cut the perfect churrasco meat. We pay by weight. Apparently the owner of this place never eats there. This place is totally abandoned with clueless employees that never been in a rchurrasco. in Brazil is never served like they serve here. What a shame to call it Brazilian churrasco.
Returned here after months 09/10/19 1:20pm. The meat was old and smelly. Male Employee was rude and did not know how manage the meat. The salad bar was pretty good. -

$12.45 per lb for Brazilian lunch.
Grab your container and fill it up with salads, side dishes, cheese bread and grilled meats. I am a fan of pho de queijo as long as it's not from this place. The cheese bread here is always hard.
I don't know why the workers are ALWAYS cranky.
2.5 stars!!
La Vaca Brazilian Grill is not yummylicious!! -

Worst Brazilian BBQ. Even the side dishes were not that good. The cheese bread was so hard. It reminded me of a hockey puck. Never again!

This place definitely stands out from the rest of the food court. That was exactly what made the experience so much more disappointing. Expectations were high but the reality turned out to be worse than average. I'm almost ready to come hang out in front of their counter, to yell at people: "Stop don't eat here!"
Considering the fact that this is a Brazilian barbecue restaurant, let's start with the main thing - meat quality.
Along with my sides, as protein, I asked for parmesan chicken. I think I received some old man galoshes instead. That piece of meat that was in my plate was so dry and old that I just left it on my plate untouched.
Should I assume that parmesan chicken is in their least popular choice of meat and no one actually ordered it since last week?
Let's talk about the price point next. Should I remind the owners that this is a mall food court Cafe? How do they stay in business at $25 a plate and only three stars on Yelp?
The side dishes were pretty good but the cafe isn't going to stay open for much longer unless they start offering reasons for people to actually come eat here. As of right now - zero value and zero desire to come back.
